Windstream - 2 MONTHS AND COUNTING TO GET 2 EXTENSIONS

IN LATE MARCH I REQUESTED TWO ADDITIONAL EXTENSIONS FROM WINDSTREAM AND ITS MAY 31 AND STILL NO EXTENSIONS. 10 TROUBLE TICKETS NONE RESOLVED.
THEY DON'T RETURN PHONE CALLS. THE TECHS KNOW VERY LITTLE AND THEY DON'T SEND ANYONE OUT TO HELP.
ITS A WONDER THIS COMPANY IS STILL IN BUSINESS.
NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH WINDSTREAM. THEY'LL ONLY WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
