I could not receive incoming emails through Windstream in my Outlook program. I spent time with a Windstream tech this morning.
The tech had no knowledge of local incoming email failure on the Windstream server. She wanted me to change my Outlook settings to begin receiving emails. That did not work because the local server was down. Dealing with Windstream support has been frustrating to say the least.
About two hours later the Windstream email server came up and I began receiving emails with my existing outlook settings. Windstream needs to improve their customer service.
Their service is not reliable and speed varies. It seems that Windstream has not improved their service even after many complaints.
