I made a call to customer service on 10/31/2023 around 6:30 pm and the agent was very rude and argumentative, spoke over me the entire time, and raised his voice at me.
Every time I call there is an issue. I hate that the customer service is outsourced to people who have zero customer service etiquette.
I too work as a customer service rep and know that isn't the way an agent conducts themselves. The bad thing is that this is the only provider in the area. The services are overpriced and not all that great.
I hate that I cannot change providers.
I can't seem to help but think that nothing is done about this due to there being no other provider. They need to shape up because this was the craziest experience I've ever had with a company.
*** service that drops in and out all day every damn day and I pay you *** $96 dollars a month for what garbage service your wait time for a technician to come is godamn ridiculous 6 to 10

Our bill continues to go up, and our service is terrible. It goes out 3 to 4 times a week.
I call and Im left on hold for hours and then they hang up on me and I have to call again. Ive tried multiple phone numbers with no success. My husband has to try to fix our internet and sometimes it comes on and now it hasnt been on for days and I am unable to reach a live person. We live between the city and country, so a few miles from the city.
If we do not have internet - I can not troubleshoot with their options they give to troubleshoot. Nothing works. This time I was watching TV, and not only did we lose service - our entire internet name is gone and not accessible, but my neighbors are showing up as an option to add. This time Ive been on hold for over 3 hours - between 2 phone calls.
The first one was an hour and a half at least, and this one so far is 1 hour 21 minutes. I have been screenshotting my calls, so I have proof of my hold times everytime I call. Last month my bill was $107.00, now it is saying over $111.00 for November 2023. I have tried to add photos of my hold times and bills, with their phone numbers showing.
Their www.gokinetic.com does not work.

Not only was this the worst internet service ever, Anne Thropp was the most evil, twisted person Ive ever encountered in my 36 years of life. Im a single mom, domestic violence survivor and I have diagnosed PTSD.
So when I finally got a good job working from home so I can care for my two small children. Long story short after months of poor service and dropped calls, I was credited a month of service. Then my service was mysteriously turned off and their phone lines were down. When they were finally back up I spoke to several agents who ranged from empathetic to just confused.
They restored my service and the next day it was off again.
Then the supervisor pulled my calls and told me I didnt qualify to have my service turned back on so I loss my job. Evil

*** poor customer service can’t talk to a person,billing is messed up,over 5 hours on the phone and no help!
