My internet went out on monday the 28 th of December. Was told they could not come out till the 5 th of January.

Get a text on Saturday the 2 nd saying the technician would be there between 315-515. No one showed or called. Called again was told they would be there the next day.

No one showed. Call and was told no one was in our area.

Preferred solution: My problem fixed in a speedy fashion..

*** service dept. ,liars, ,called customer ser.

,man said my modem was bad said he wood send a new one this was dec 30 ,called wed. foreign lady said it would be here fri, called fri.

4:30 pm talked to her again no answer turned me over to tec support, this lady said warehouse didnt't shipp it , she send it another order said it would be shipped over nite then said it would take 2 days .ask for corp. number said the dont have one ,asked for cofirmation# she said she would call or email it to me nothing

yeah,windstream is complete shit,they lie about their speeds as usual,now they won't allow you to sue them for false advertising. HUH,Imagine that!
