On May 29th, I called and made a payment agreement.paid $100.00 that day with a visa pre-paid card.told them I would pay the rest on the 3rd of June,they agreed.3 days later they went in my account and took out the full amount of my bill( $ 220.23) causing my account to be over drawn.They said they would put the money back in my account,but they couldn't refund the 35.00 overdraft fee,but they would credit my account.So now I have $135.00 applied to my bill.Leaves me owing $85.23.It took a full month for them to refund my money.Now they keep sending me bills saying they are going to cut my service off because I owe them $220.23 because they refunded the money twice,no matter how many times I send them bank statements showing them only once,they say I still owe them.Time for us to find another provider.I will not pay them,their crazy.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
