Windstream - No one wants to resolve my problem after 7 days of trying
Windstream came out at no charge updated my modem and tech. Kirk did not ask any questions and told us to call him if we had any problems.
So I called him an hour later and he said he would be out the next day. We waited all day for his call he never called. I called him went straight to voice mail. Kirk called the next morning and told me I would have to call Windstream and get a ticket that he could not do anything for us.
We called Windstream and they did not write a ticket. We kept calling everyday for a week and no one was able to help me until a supervisor said they could come out 6 days from today.
I am very dissatisfied. We are elderly and want to watch our shows on dish and we can't because Windstream did not do there job from day one.
Reason of review: tech did not complete his job.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
