Windstream - Poor Tech service and no resolution

New ReviewerI have been having issues with my speed keeps dropping and not stable. This is going on since I got Windstream for almost 7 years.
Cannot up grade because Windstream wont in my area and a dedicated line Windstream wants you to pay out the nose for their service!! Techs come out and say they tell the next Level up there are issues but WINDSTREAM DOES NOTHING. Corporate is a JOKE so my next step is the FCC. I know how all this works as I worked for a Competitor for over 5 years in Tech and if there was another service I would drop Windstream like a hot potato.
Customer service SUCKS!! I have so many speed test saved it would make your head spin. I noticed to a lot of complaints, they only answer to a few to help, but when it comes to major issues, WINDSTREAM DOES NOTHING!!
I uploaded one of the speed test. Now what is going to be done?
User's recommendation: If you can get another service, do so or you will be calling all the time for service issues.
Monetary Loss: $1500.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Windstream Pros: Customer service is nice.
Windstream Cons: Do not provide a resolution, Complete lack of service, Dont get what you pay for even at inflated price.

After months of fighting this Windstream finally upgraded the Dslam that they were not going to upgrade until sometime in 2022. It should not take months of complaining with speed test to prove it.
They finally sent a Tech out during the evening when the issues was the worst and saw there WAS a problem. This is not good customer services where it takes almost 8 months to fix and not give discounts in the amounts to show lack of service.
