Horrible service

My internet went out on monday the 28 th of December. Was told they could not come out till the 5 th of January. Get a text on Saturday the 2 nd saying the technician would be there between 315-515. No one showed or called. Called again was told they would be there the next day. No one showed. Call and was told no one was in our area.

yeah,windstream is complete shit,they lie about their speeds as usual,now they won't allow you to sue them for false advertising. HUH,Imagine that!

Received service I didn't ask for

I received direct T. V after repeatedly asking for only Wi-Fi. Customer service bullied me and was no help.

Terrible Customer Service and Support Practices

Windstream will not provide technical service for their internet services. Paying for a certain bandwidth and I am getting well outside of the SLA at almost 25% of what I am supposed to be paying for. It was supposed to be a week before the first technician could make it out to my house. Instead no one shows up, or calls, just a single e-mail stating at the end of the day that they were just too busy to make it out and that they would reschedule me for another week out. If I didn't like it, I could call, so I did call, and was immediately put on hold and hung up on. More than once. Extremely frustrating. If I could put a 0 star on their service I would.

Lack of customer service/ outrageous price increase

Windstream jumped my company's landline phone bill from $1145.to $1867 in one month.There is also the absurd charge of $111.40 per month for "Administrative Service Fee (ASF). Go to a chat room with one of their people and they have no answers or just close the chat room if they don't like the the line of questions.

User's recommendation: Run don't walk from this poor excuse of a company.

No customer Service

I work for an agent of WE. On a daily basis they refuse to provide any customer service. I just asked to speak with a manager and was placed on hold, then I was put back into the auto attendant. They consistently lie. There is no accountability for anyone in their overseas call centers. There is absolutely no reason why anyone should put any business with WE. If your business depends on telecom you are jeopardizing the future of your company.

Fraudulent Upgrade

A technician called and he said we had an appointment to upgrade our system. We knew nothing about an appointment. Are sales people just sending out technicians to upgrade systems to get more money

No resolve ever

I called Windstream last night, when my tv kept freezing and my signal slowing rapidly, after running multiple speed tests, to which none of them went over 15 most were below 10 or lower, I am paying for 25, been waiting on an upgrade to high speed since March, existing work order, I was told by customer service to shut off any devices that were not in use to increase my speed. Um, how about increase the speed I am paying for to support the 4 devices had running, while all other devices were off ningevices in use, all others were off. to support
