,man said my modem was bad said he wood send a new one this was dec 30 ,called wed. foreign lady said it would be here fri, called fri.

4:30 pm talked to her again no answer turned me over to tec support, this lady said warehouse didnt't shipp it , she send it another order said it would be shipped over nite then said it would take 2 days .ask for corp. number said the dont have one ,asked for cofirmation# she said she would call or email it to me nothing

I've had to endure 12 years of Windstream because there simply isn't another provider in this area. And they know it. The copper lines running in this area are over 40 years old. And while they keep increasing our monthly bills, they do not want to invest the money...

If it rains we have no internet.

Customer service sucks. Never can reach a damn soul to get help. You call and if you do reach somebody, they AREN'T American. They are foreigners that speak broken English.

User's recommendation: If you can get other service... do it. Windstream sucks.

I want to block spam call on my home phone

Hello! Spam calls can be so annoying.

We offer a feature called Selective Call Rejection that allows for blocking of numbers that continuously call.

Received service I didn't ask for

I received direct T. V after repeatedly asking for only Wi-Fi. Customer service bullied me and was no help.

Terrible Customer Service and Support Practices

Windstream will not provide technical service for their internet services. Paying for a certain bandwidth and I am getting well outside of the SLA at almost 25% of what I am supposed to be paying for. It was supposed to be a week before the first technician could make it out to my house. Instead no one shows up, or calls, just a single e-mail stating at the end of the day that they were just too busy to make it out and that they would reschedule me for another week out. If I didn't like it, I could call, so I did call, and was immediately put on hold and hung up on. More than once. Extremely frustrating. If I could put a 0 star on their service I would.

User's recommendation: If you have ANY other options, DO NOT USE WINDSTREAM!!!

Lack of customer service/ outrageous price increase

Windstream jumped my company's landline phone bill from $1145.to $1867 in one month.There is also the absurd charge of $111.40 per month for "Administrative Service Fee (ASF). Go to a chat room with one of their people and they have no answers or just close the chat room if they don't like the the line of questions.

User's recommendation: Run don't walk from this poor excuse of a company.
