Horrible service

My internet went out on monday the 28 th of December. Was told they could not come out till the 5 th of January. Get a text on Saturday the 2 nd saying the technician would be there between 315-515. No one showed or called. Called again was told they would be there the next day. No one showed. Call and was told no one was in our area.

No customer Service

I work for an agent of WE. On a daily basis they refuse to provide any customer service. I just asked to speak with a manager and was placed on hold, then I was put back into the auto attendant. They consistently lie. There is no accountability for anyone in their overseas call centers. There is absolutely no reason why anyone should put any business with WE. If your business depends on telecom you are jeopardizing the future of your company.

You guys are horrible. For no reason at all my internet goes in and out constantly, I am a full time student and my child does online schooling. I have missed an exam due to this issue. I have been on the phone with you guys several times, and you don't want to listen....

There is no solution you can provide at this point in order to make me feel better the supervisor I spoke with this morning refused to get a manager on the phone for me saying that no one was above her.

Fraudulent Upgrade

A technician called and he said we had an appointment to upgrade our system. We knew nothing about an appointment. Are sales people just sending out technicians to upgrade systems to get more money

No resolve ever

I called Windstream last night, when my tv kept freezing and my signal slowing rapidly, after running multiple speed tests, to which none of them went over 15 most were below 10 or lower, I am paying for 25, been waiting on an upgrade to high speed since March, existing work order, I was told by customer service to shut off any devices that were not in use to increase my speed. Um, how about increase the speed I am paying for to support the 4 devices had running, while all other devices were off ningevices in use, all others were off. to support

Branch took out my service, called on August 19, came on August 24, got internet working, but phone is crossed line with someone elses. Called August 24, someone was suppose to come the next day, no one showed, called again, still no one showed. The line is still on the ground and has black tape on it, but the wires are showing. Now they will get to me ASAP.

I would like my phone to work right, my line off the ground and fixed right, without using black tape. And I would like a discount on my next bill for not having service for seven days. And who knows how many more days it will be.

Price gouging by Windstream

For the past 4 years with Windstream, I've been charged $25.51 per line (2 lines) for "Basic Business Line Measured". In July 2020, it went to $50.00 per line. Last month it went to $200 per line! I complained both times to no avail, even writing to the PUC. (Their latest notice of increase was buried in fine print in their 8-page April invoice.) I called again for a billing adjustment, but they said I should look for another provider. I switched to Comcast but expect more outrageous charges from them before this is done. Terrible company, terrible (rude) customer support, outrageous fees. I plan on aggressively outing them on social media as well as contacting the Better Business Bureau (Windstream has a rating of 2 out of 5!), Consumer Protection Agency and the NH Attorney General's Office. Never, never, never sign up with Windstream.

User's recommendation: Find anyone else but Windstream as a provider.

Horrible service, horrible IT assistance, horrible technician support

I have 2 phone numbers, and 2 internet connections at my home, and I had 2 bills. Windstream attempted to combine 2 billings into 1 statement. They shut off both lines, 1 month ago, they have sent 5 repair techs and we still have no service to one of our lines. When you contact IT they have techs they have an extremely limited ability to speak or understand english. understand

User's recommendation: Never use Windstream for internet or phone service.

BAD BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT

CANNOT GET MY CALL FORWARDING NUMBERS TO WORK THEY UPGRADED A SERVER A WEEK PLUS AGO AND IT DROPPED ALL CALL FORWARDING NUMBERS NEVER CANNOT TALK TO ANYONE WHO CARES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Internet speed

Our internet speed is absolutely terrible.. we were told when we purchased because of our area 3mb speed.. we receive 1.1 mb upload speed and .6 download speed.. it is overly priced for what we pay for we have complained and they do nothing

Have a confirmation number for cancellation AND a paid final bill and STILL got charged and turned over to collections!!

Cancelled service back in December 2020, moved to a new facility, had multiple lines, they said they couldn't port my old number, gave me new numbers, never made or received the first call on em, called to cancel ALL numbers, even got a confirmation number, they continued to bill me each month to the tune of $350+, turning $1000+ dollars over to a collection agency, which I REFUSE to speak with wincanhelp
