Horrible service

My internet went out on monday the 28 th of December. Was told they could not come out till the 5 th of January. Get a text on Saturday the 2 nd saying the technician would be there between 315-515. No one showed or called. Called again was told they would be there the next day. No one showed. Call and was told no one was in our area.

Downhill since 1993 - rock bottom now as can't even get technician out

Called 3/25 with internet problems (dropping services, having to unplug, replug, reboot hourly; .03 MB upload). Given appt for 3/30. Stayed home all day missing work (-$150) to be told they were rescheduling for 4/1. Stayed home all day today loosing more money. Finally told would be here between 1-3, then 4:12 then 4:26 and lastly 5:46. 6:40 now. Told via phone that no jobs started after 4:30? I cannot send files to clients. I cannot complete work online. I cannot miss another day of work. I cannot get a commitment from Windstream to repair my internet. Now what??

Paying for high speed internet and not getting it

Paying for high speed which is considered 25 Mbps plus getting billed another $10 a month for " Loyal internet plan 25 Mbps , my speed is 13 Mbps

WINDSTREAM HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPAIRS

Horrible, horrible customer service. When talking to a supervisor, after waiting 30 minutes to be connected, we got cut off and the supervisor lied saying he tried to call us back and no one picked up...we had the phone next to us waiting for a call. We have been trying to get our internet to work correctly for months! We pay for a certain speed and have not received it! We have a child that does virtual learning. The connection is soooo slow! If you have a choice, go with a better carrier. Do your homework.

Repair my internet connection for more than 1 day!!!!...and yes refund us for the months we haven't had full service...and continue to refund us UNTIL you can get our problem resolved.

Terrible service

I have had them for about 6 years, at this time only internet provider besides satellite providers. Slow all the time, and non functional more often than not. Frustrating to receive text messages about service outages resolved, when internet still is down. TIME to switch to SAT or Phone.

When I left wind stream they took two auto-pays out, they gave me a time my money would be returned. When I got another letter from them, they took more out and now say they only owe me $40.76. Solo now it has been approximately 4 months and yet instead of money...

They suck

I'm so tired of getting trash internet from windstream. When I first signed up, they said that I would get at least 100mbps download speeds, then they said I could only get 30-60 in my area. It's BS for sure, but went with it anyway. I am constantly having issues with internet speed and as someone who needs distant internet speeds for work, 12mbps is freaking unacceptable. If they can't handle simple speeds on more than one device in a home, they need to reevaluate as a company as a whole.

Phone problem when it rains or snows. Can't talk to a real person!!

Every time it rains or snows we get bad static or no dial tone. Usually we let it go, knowing it will come back when it dries up. I have call it in and I called it in again todayextremely annoying that this happensyou need to fix this problem!

It is a shame that they offer MUCH higher speeds for less or equal charge in areas where they have competition as apposed to the areas that they fully control. This is a fact that I personally witnessed during a time I was moving around a bit. Moved from an area where...

Tech hasnt arrived

For the second time ... They had me waiting... Just to tell me they couldn't install my services. If they couldn't install internet thats fine but they couldn't put my cable or my land line???? That's some bologna....!!!!!!!!

Download speeds don't reflect package

We pay for 200mbps connection and every computer I have tried is limited at 3-6MB/s download speeds. It should be significantly higher seeing as I am the only device on the network.
