Phone has gone out for days. I call and they tell me that it will be days before I will get a service call -- not that it will be fixed -- but that I will get a service call.

A Windstream tech center is less than 3 miles from my house! The service is so bad that they have so many service calls that it will be days before I get a service call. I want to go to Comcast if their service is any better. Has anyone had any luck contacting the corporate offices?

Or will that just be more of the same run around? What a lousy company to do business with.
