We have been trying to port our numbers to Verizon from Windstream. We hate the lack of customer service and the quality of the phone service and internet.

We have had so many outages and they have cost my business thousands. We just want to leave, please release the numbers.

We started leaving 3/1/19 and today is 3/15/19. Verizon is stating Windstream has not given them the permission to port the numbers.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $700.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Windstream Cons: Reliability, Not getting what we are paying for, Customer service and reliability of internet.
