wow i had a complaint about a bogus charge on my phone bill. i took it down to Windstream and complained.

They did nothing and pointed me to a phone. The person on the other end of the phone told me they can't do anything I have to call the third party. I wrote a complaint online with the BBB of AR. Windstream took their time responding to the complaint and said they dealt with the matter.

Low and behold I get my phone bill and can you guess? THE CHARGE IS BACK ON MY BILL AGAIN.

I am now writing my complaint on this site as well as another complaint to the BBB of AR and with the FTC. With this country in the state it's in and my limited income due to being disabled I really don't need to deal with big business doing more ripping me off.

Monetary Loss: $15.
