Windstream Customer Care Review

My neighbor called to have his cable disconnected but they disconnected mine instead. This was Friday morning at 930 am. I called and explained whst happened. It took 4 days for someone to come out and hook me back up. This has got to be the worst service. Im looking at dish. It may be more but at least they will come out when you are without service.
