Phone has gone out for days. I call and they tell me that it will be days before I will get a service call -- not that it will be fixed -- but that I will get a service call. A Windstream tech center is less than 3 miles from my house! The service is so bad that they have so many service calls that it will be days before I get a service call. Since Windstream took over Cavtel, I have had nothing but problems. On Friday, Oct. 23 at 4:31PM, while I was talking to a client, my phone went dead.
