Windstream - Horrible

I upgraded my internet about 8 months ago and have had multiple problem. I really hate winstream . i lost connections several days ago and i still am unable to get it back on. After making many calls since sat. it is still not on. I hope my instructor at school undrestands. I cant wait until comcast is here in my area. I am changing very soon. I hate , hate , hate this and the bills is too high for horribe service.
