I have been with Windstream for a number of years, 14 years at this residence. Began here with Alltel then it switched over to Windstream.
I pay $98.00 per month for 12 Mbps (I'm only receiving 2-3 MBPS) and a home phone that I have repeatedly called and asked to turn off the home phone to trim the monthly cost and keep only the crappy Internet and each time I called I'm told that I'm required to have the telephone service to have the Internet. I'm calling them out. My son recently moved into an apartment that he has Internet only for a cool price of $48.00.
Really? This is how Windstream treats their long term customers?
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss bad quality of windstream internet service. Windstream needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
