I have been a Windstream customer for 11years.I pay for high speed internet, however my speed ranges from .22 to 1.6, totally unacceptable.
Windstream has informed in the past to be patience they are working to resolve the problem. I contacted customer service a week ago ( tuesday) and was informed they scheduled a Tech for the following Tuesday. Guess what, NO SHOW. I contacted customer service today (wednesday) and was informed the work order was closed and they would schedule a Tech for nest Tuesday.
I ask to speak with a Supervisor or Manager and was informed they were on the phone. I asked for a call back from the Supervisor/Manager and was told someone would call within three hours, guess again, NO CALL. The customer service agent I spoke with gave me several different versions of their failure to perform.
Lucky for me in my area I now have options of another communication service.Good Bye Windstream!!!!
