Don't use Windstream for home or business phone.We have had them for years and are planning to change.
Everytime I call the customer service number it is horrible!! Several times I called for a repair issue or question and was told they couldn't locate our account. I was holding our bill and telling them our account number and was told by several people "that count doesn't exist". What idiots!
I pay our bill monthly but you can't find our account. I got transferred 4 times so I just hungup the last time.
I guess that is how they deal with customers - they make you so frustrated you give up.Don't use them!
