Windstream has oversold my area. Several different reps have actually admitted this on the phone.
How is this legal? They are not supplying the agreed upon connectivity! It is way less than half and most evenings we can't even open a web page with only one computer hardwired! They then had me upgrade to their new improved modem, charge me more per month and have even less connectivity!
We have called them countless numbers of times.. even every day almost for a month to get help with this as we have 2 people attending classes on line.
They essentially say that they have oversold the area and there's nothing we can do about it. There are no other internet options in our area.
Monetary Loss: $3500.
