WINDSTREAM TELEPHONE IS THE WORST!
Windstream messed around for three weeks to set up my business phone.Horrible service.
When they finally did set it up then they "forgot" to set up my fax line. The first time the serviceman was "supposed" to show up they didn't because their home office gave me the wrong date. The serviceman also was supposed to call and he didn't. I also asked the serviceman to make sure that I had another plug and his response was, get wireless.
Now my phones are out AGAIN and service will have to come here for a fifth time in three months.
They aren't adjusting my rates for this Mess.If you have an option besides Windstream then take it!
